Each client's system runs in its own environment, with its own database, its own credentials and its own backups. Nothing is shared between clients.
Access granted per person
Every access is named, granted to one person and revoked when that person leaves the project. No shared logins, no access that outlives its reason.
Data in the client's own account
Wherever the client requires it, infrastructure and data live in accounts the client owns. Ephessus holds access, never ownership.
Retention and return in the contract
What is kept, for how long, and how it is returned or destroyed at the end of the contract is written before the work starts.
Personal data under the LGPD
Personal data is processed under Brazil's General Data Protection Law, with the client as controller and Ephessus as operator. Minimization, retention and deletion follow the client's policy and are part of the contract.
Integration through the client's own credentials
Systems already in use are integrated through official interfaces and credentials issued by the client, which the client can revoke at any time.
