What goes in
Half a day on site. The person who decides and, separately, the people who operate. Three tests run in front of the owner: the lead test, the number test and the trail test. Three to five days of analysis on the company's own material. Delivery in person, with one or two fixes applied on the spot.
The law of the system
Scope, price and schedule come out of the Fieldwork. Nothing is quoted before it.
What the owner sees
- 01Every bottleneck, ordered by what it costs per month.
- 02A plan in stages, each with a price range and what it depends on.
- 03One or two adjustments already applied on the day of delivery.
- 04The Fieldwork credited in full against a contract signed within ninety days.
- 05If no project is worth doing, that is what the document says.
